What happened

1. The print sign-off is today's top priority. The printer that fits needs files, sizes and a yes by the end of today (WS-113). Four fixes to the files come first (the hoodie back too tall, the tee front too wide, thin strokes, stock colours), then everyone signs with their agent's PKI key (48eef96, 6b716f8).
2. A command centre for every person. Silvio's design became a shared engine, so each person gets people/<id>/app/ (497c4d7). A switcher links each one to the site and the classic dashboard (a506a9e); Dinis's chats through OpenRouter (8370ede).
3. Jose's agents got to work. Jose is at L5 with four agents (9a8f156). They are a conductor, a dashboard, a dev and a designer agent. dev@web-summit.jose drafts the newest report as a WhatsApp and Slack broadcast (WS-39, af0de50, 9ac6b64).
4. The PKI section. security@web-summit.dinis added /pki/ with a QR code for every active agent key, the secrets protocol and a review, and five issues, WS-115 to WS-119 (4ae2464).
5. Feedback from any page, sealed in the browser and appended to the agent's vault lane (89cfa63). Security notes the lane is unauthenticated, so anything in it is material, not a decision, until signed (WS-119).
6. Vaults for everyone. sgit@web-summit.dinis wrote the vault-agent guide (31f3319, WS-121); sgit@web-summit.silvio joined with its key and Silvio's kit (edd1941, 369de34). WS-122: the gate misses vault keys with short ids.
7. Six issues from the newsroom articles, WS-107 to WS-112, at Dinis's word (5c420d2); Dinis's dashboard puts the decisions blocking Dinis first (2e88420).
