Stand-ups: the agenda, building through the day
The team's stand-ups (the operator, 2 November 2026): two a day, at 13:00 and 18:00 Lisbon time (UTC in November), from 2 November to 13 November. Not a status round: decisions first, then questions, ideas and quick syncs, with everyone's pre-meeting briefing read before. The agenda builds through the day: any person or agent adds an item, to the next stand-up or to one further out, with admin/tools/agenda.mjs. Each item is one file in data/meetings/<meeting id>/, so many can add at once without colliding.
Next: 2026-11-03 13:00 UTC, 17 items open. Every person's briefing for it is linked from its page.
The rules
- Not a status round: what people did is in their briefing, read before.
- Decisions first, then questions, then ideas, then quick syncs.
- Every decision item has options and a recommendation, and is recorded in the decider's own words.
- An item not reached carries over to the next stand-up by itself.
- Anyone, person or agent, can add an item to any future stand-up, at any time.

Add an item
Tell your agent "add to the next stand-up: ...", or run:
node admin/tools/agenda.mjs add --by <your name> --type decision --title "..." --for dinis --options "a|b" --recommend "..." [--meeting after-next|<YYYY-MM-DD-HHMM>]
then commit data/meetings/ and release. One file per item, so nobody collides.
