Storyboard: the 2-minute silent loop for the stand
From Silvio's proposal of 2 November 2026, with the operator's notes. Three jobs: stop people walking past, explain the problem and RiskMandate's answer, and start a conversation. Rules: no sound; every scene carries its own caption and the RiskMandate name, so someone who arrives mid-loop still understands it; large text, readable from three metres; no scene longer than 20 seconds; the last frame is the invitation, then it loops.
| # | Time | Picture (from) | On-screen text | Job |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 0:00-0:08 | The agent network lighting up (Reach, Mandate, Gap) | Your company just switched on 50 AI agents. | stop |
| 2 | 0:08-0:22 | Monday: the team and the robot walk in (Stories) | Before you switch them on: what can they reach? What did you authorise? | stop |
| 3 | 0:22-0:40 | The blue dome of Reach around the gold ring of Mandate | Reach: what an agent can actually touch. Mandate: what you authorised. The gap is your risk. | explain |
| 4 | 0:40-0:55 | The team at the table: "Who's we?" (Stories) | Building is not authorising. Someone must be accountable. | explain |
| 5 | 0:55-1:10 | The ABP card: Reach, Mandate, Gap, Barriers (Stories) | An Agent Behaviour Policy: a factual record your teams can check. | explain |
| 6 | 1:10-1:25 | The new connector: same agent, different Reach (Stories) | Then its Reach changed. The old decision doesn't cover it. | explain |
| 7 | 1:25-1:40 | One agent, then 10, 100, 1,000+, one record each (Reach, Mandate, Gap) | Different teams. One checkable record. | explain |
| 8 | 1:40-1:52 | The robot looks at the camera | Across 50 agents: what exposure are you taking on? | convert |
| 9 | 1:52-2:00 | RiskMandate logo, QR to /meet/ | Know their reach. Define their mandate. Control the gap. Talk to us here, or scan to book a demo. | convert |
A bar on every scene
A thin bar along the bottom, always on screen: RiskMandate · Agent Behaviour Policies for AI agents · scan to book a demo with the QR to /meet/. Whoever looks at any moment knows what this is and what to do.
From the operator
- Keep both originals on a laptop for longer conversations.
- The 2nd video (Reach, Mandate, Gap) is spot on; the story video matches 90% of its narration (the jump onto the table is a bit odd).
- Make versions with and without sound.
