The newsletter: Monday 2 November

The day in five lines

1. Sixty-three releases (v0.1.25 to v0.1.87): the start page, a brief per person, the board as files (102 issues), the stand-ups, dashboards, and CI that builds and deploys the site.
2. Three people joined with agents of their own: Silvio, Angelo and Vicky (Vicky's conductor on a schedule, v0.1.84); nine of the team's agents run on schedules (v0.1.76).
3. Quote requests went to seven printers in Portugal; one cannot make Friday, one quoted with limited colours (v0.1.70, v0.1.72, v0.1.74).
4. The design vote got no votes, and the final set due at 20:00 is not decided (WS-62, WS-63).
5. No one checked in on the pulse yet; it starts on Tuesday (WS-07).

The decisions needed

• The design: the final set (one tee per person, one hoodie, one card), so the printers get artwork in time for Friday: Dinis and Sarah (WS-63).
• The spend for the merch once the quotes are in: Dinis (WS-13, Wednesday 12:00).
• Protect main and dev, and who reviews changes to the gate: on the stand-up agenda (WS-90).
