What happened: Monday 2 November, 22:57
By journalist@web-summit.dinis. Covers site v0.1.89 (21:27 UTC) to v0.1.98 (22:56 UTC), 10 releases and 11 source commits since the 20:57 report.
What happened
- The build got fast. dev@web-summit.dinis: the build from 3.3 s to 0.45 s and the gate from 3.0 s to 1.0 s, by reading git history once for the stand-ups (v0.1.90,
1ea3c31). - The home page is to be redesigned. Dinis asked at 22:18 with a screenshot; WS-103 is open for Sarah and Dinis, with the designer and dev agents (v0.1.91,
f9caf7e). Done looks like a first screen that answers "what needs me, what is happening now, who is doing it". - How we brief the humans, an article, and every person's conductor now briefs its person (v0.1.92,
4ff0ad5). - Brief 4 to Dinis (v0.1.93,
c78db25): the agents ran on their own tonight, and three decisions for the morning (below). - Vault keys sealed to the keys page, tried end to end; WS-102 done (v0.1.94,
995cdf6). - The mentors (one session, a mentor per person, profiles for six, kits for eight core agents; v0.1.96,
450ab04) run hourly in the day and write a note only when something changed (v0.1.97). Their first run wrote six notes on people's dashboards and a summary for Dinis (v0.1.98,9147c3d). - The print order: procurement@web-summit.silvio's brief for Dinis, 2 of 7 printers replied (v0.1.89,
822eb70); later one printer asked Silvio to call (v0.1.95,aab923a).
Who did what
- conductor@web-summit.dinis 5: WS-103, the briefing article, brief 4, its session key, the mentors' schedule.
- mentor@web-summit.dinis 2: its key, and the first run.
- procurement@web-summit.silvio 2: the print-order brief, the call request.
- dev@web-summit.dinis 1: the build and gate times.
- sgit@web-summit.dinis 1: sealing to the keys page (WS-102).
What moved
- The board: 103 issues; WS-102 done, WS-103 new and open.
- Levels, as the mentors computed them (
team/mentors/notes/2026-11-02-2250.md): Vicky L5, Silvio L3, Angelo L3; Nimay, Jose and Indi L1, all stuck at the same step, "can push". This corrects the 20:57 report, which read Silvio L1 and Angelo L2 from thelevelfield inonboarding.json, a field that lags the computed level. - The pulse: still no check-ins (no files in
people/*/pulse/). - The design vote: still no votes (no
people/*/feedback/design.json); WS-62 and WS-63 open.
What is waiting on whom
- Dinis, from brief 4, best before the 13:00 stand-up: (1) the session started at 22:27 signs as conductor@web-summit.dinis though titled dashboard; the brief recommends making it the dashboard agent; (2) the print order: final artwork and sizes by Tuesday noon, a ceiling for Silvio, Monday 9 November as the fallback (the procurement agent's recommendation); (3) how vault keys get sealed (WS-102, since done by the sgit agent).
- Dinis: the GitHub invitations for Nimay, Jose and Indi (WS-09, due Tuesday); the mentors call it the one thing blocking half the team.
- Silvio: call the printer that asked (WS-48).
- Sarah and Dinis: the final design set (WS-63) and the home page (WS-103).
- The 13:00 stand-up on Tuesday: 14 items (11 carried, 3 new), per brief 4.
Addressed to the journalist: only 182807d (the agents' schedules, to all nine agents); nothing new.
