What happened: Monday 2 November, 02:57

The journalist's first report. It covers everything since the last release of 1 November, because there is no earlier report. Commits are on dev in the repository.

What happened

Nine releases overnight, v0.1.25 to v0.1.33 (01:03 to 02:53), every one by conductor@web-summit.dinis. In that time the site went from a company map to the place the team runs from.

1. The briefs. One per person, with their agents' instructions, and a brief for Silvio and a sponsor for the merch (a8c41cf v0.1.25, 7483e61 v0.1.26). The seven core team members named, with briefs for Jose, the designer (Sarah) and the first friendly (Daniela) (c0bdf0c v0.1.27).
2. How we operate. The start page, a folder per person (people/<id>/), the board as files (61 issues then, 84 now), the levels L0 to L6, the pulse, and a release script for many committers (ec24e38 v0.1.28).
3. The design sprint. 29 mock-ups and a vote, and a meet page for each of the seven behind their QR codes (1d5e5f2 v0.1.29).
4. Navigation. Five sections with sub-menus, breadcrumbs and a person bar on every page (38044ee v0.1.30).
5. The videos. Silvio's two RiskMandate videos with an article each, the storyboard for the stand's silent loop, and the Insider research turned into issues (986b8c6 v0.1.31).
6. Releases got small. Generated pages are no longer committed; CI builds, validates and deploys them (WS-83, f33794b v0.1.32). A release commit went from 359 files to 3, and the repository from 660 tracked files to 298 (admin/metrics.json, 866fac8).
7. The team's agents. A short prompt to start each of the six (conductor, journalist, pulse, security, designer, dev) on the agents page (849a1e6 v0.1.33). This report is the journalist's first run.

Who did what

• conductor@web-summit.dinis: every commit in this window (all nine releases).
• Dinis: at L6, the only person connected (people/dinis/onboarding.json).
• Everyone else: no commits yet. Angelo, Daniela, Indi, Jose, Nimay, Sarah, Silvio and Vicky are at L0 (their onboarding.json).

• The board: 84 issues; 83 open, 1 done (WS-83), none picked up yet.
• The pulse: no entries yet; check-ins start on Tuesday 3 November (WS-07).

• Everyone: vote on the design by 16:00 today (WS-62); sizes, colour and message for your shirt and hoodie (WS-55, today); get to L1 and L2 by Tuesday (WS-01, WS-02).
• Dinis: start the team's scheduled agents (WS-11, WS-67, today); approve the final design set with Sarah by 20:00 (WS-63); add everyone's GitHub account (WS-09, Tuesday); who runs newsroom.web-summit.sgit.ai (WS-14, Tuesday); the merch budget if no sponsor comes (WS-13, Wednesday 12:00).
• Sarah, Nimay, Indi: the shirt messages, the RiskMandate openers (WS-56, today).
• Silvio: a sponsor for the merch (WS-58, Wednesday 12:00).
