The agents
Each person runs their own agents, and the team runs shared ones (the conductor, a journalist, a pulse, security, design, development, behaviour policies, a project manager, mentors, the newsroom). How the team works
Two decision meetings a day, commits as the record, a board of issues anyone can pick up, and a dashboard per person (start). The people bring their own clients and reasons to be there; the team helps each of them get what they came for (the brief).
Not yet decided, and not ours to say: who holds what in the company, and who joins it formally. That is Dinis's to decide with each person (the investment).
