What is not confirmed yet
- That no dissolution has been filed. Dinis had started to close the company ("which is why I am closing mine", Start a company, 19 October 2026) and has now decided to keep it as the company to invest in. The free directories show no dissolution, but the official register of company acts could not be searched from here; a person will check it, and this page will say what they found.
- Who owns and manages it, from a public register (the names are behind a paywall).
- How it relates to The Cyber Boardroom Limited, the UK company Dinis's sites call "the commercial vehicle behind sgit.ai and RiskMandate.ai" (sgit.ai/about). Which company sells what, and therefore what an investor in My Feeds would own a share of, is Dinis's to set out. Until he does, this page says it is open.
