Positioning: an agentic team you can hire, see working, and trust
In one line
We make and run agentic teams: people working with AI agents that have keys, budgets and written mandates, and we show the work in public before we sell it.
For whom
| Who | What they get | Where it is shown today |
|---|---|---|
| An expert whose value does not scale (a teacher, a consultant, a practitioner) | an agentic team that runs their website, their workflows and the work before and after each session with their clients, under rules they set | the first friendly, Daniela (her brief) |
| A team (a startup, a practice, an event) | the same, for a team: a site, a board, a conductor, a briefing for each person, decisions on the record | this site, built for the Web Summit team (start) |
| An organisation or an ecosystem (an association, a region, a delegation) | a sourced picture of their world: pages, a map, a programme, made in days and corrected by them | Algarve Evolution on PrompTugal.news |
| A company that runs AI agents | the controls to give each agent a mandate and see the gap: RiskMandate | riskmandate.ai and our own policies |
What makes it different
- It is shown, not explained. The buyer sees their own world, made by us, before any conversation about money. The team's strategy, in Dinis's words to the conductor: RiskMandate "has to be shown, not explained" (the brief, part 3).
- Agents with mandates. Every agent has its own key, a published behaviour policy and a person it answers to. The more the agents are constrained, the more useful they are and the more comfortable the person is (same source).
- In the open. The code is Apache-2.0, the text CC BY 4.0, the history public. A buyer can check everything before paying.
- Fast. This site and PrompTugal.news went from a brief to daily releases within a week; the release history is public.
What we are not
- Not a model company. The reasoning engine is Claude; we build the team, the rules and the work around it.
- Not a platform you must move into. No lock-in: the work lives in open formats, in the customer's own repositories and encrypted vaults. Dinis on sgit: "as soon as you move into rent extraction, you lose sight of it" (sgit.ai/investors).
- Not a seller of coverage. The newsroom's rule, kept by its customers' agent: a buyer can buy a service made for them, never what the publication says (the monetisation map).
- Not a promise of numbers. We do not forecast revenue (the investment).
