A team of eight, each working with their own AI agent, is preparing for Web Summit Lisbon, 9 to 12 November 2026, in the open: public vaults, a public map of the companies there, and short emails that link to it.

As of 28 October 2026. This is a plan: nothing has happened yet unless a page says so.

Why in the open

The team sells Agent Behaviour Policies, and the strongest proof is using them where people can see. So the work is public by default: public repositories, public vaults with published read keys, and a small private vault for what cannot be shared, such as contact details and anything said in confidence. The goal is that people understand Agent Behaviour Policies, use them, and know what the team does.

What exists today

What is still to come

The map of the companies at the summit, the summit news, and the page for who is going to be there. Each starts from the plan and nothing is published about a company or a person without a source, or their yes.
